On the one hand, you have Viator, which is only a platform regrouping other local agencies, on the other hand you have the tour guide who is doing the actual job on the ground. Both of these were decent and I enjoyed it. Then you have the local agency "in the middle" which you need to deal with to arrange the pick up and all other logistics. This was horrible in my case.
Very impolite even rude dealing with extremely poor customer service skills.
The website will offer you multiple places to pick up, in reality only some of them are offered. My request was cancelled without any explanation, then there was a chaotic mess at 5.45am in front of the hotel picking us up (different bus operator took us), the local agency said we had to deal with the mistake ourselves and they were going to the point of saying we were just simply wrong, etc. Deplorable.
Hence the 3star raking (5 for the contents of the tour, 0 for the people sitting in the office).
Also take into account you will be in a big group so be ready to keep waiting if some participants decide to be late (the guide and the whole group will simply wait for them).
Don't be surprised by the lunch - you will be driven to one restaurant as a buffet with 3-4 options as main course for approx. 30 USD (to be paid extra). This or hungry.
