Wow, what a great experience!! The class is at a family farm. You actually first gather your ingredients (veggies, eggs) from the farm. Then Rafaela teaches you how to make wonderful Italian dishes. We made gnocchi and eggplant parmigiana, all from fresh ingredients. Delicious! Rafaela doesn’t speak English but is a great teacher. Nicola is there to translate. So fun to experience the life of an Italian family farm. They also shared wonderful desserts and their homemade wine and limoncello. Nicola was kind enough to arrange transportation to and from the farm as well with a wonderful driver named Ivo. Even though I was the only one signed up, they still held the class.
