Reef Explorer Excursie met meerdere activiteiten vanuit Punta Cana door Marinarium

Sooooo not worth the ridiculous price. We requested an excursion with snorkeling. We were told we would see nurse sharks, sting rays and star fish in a natural reef enclosure. If it wasn’t for one of the guides going all the way down to the bottom to grab a sting ray I would have never seen it. He tried to guide me where the nurse sharks were but each time swam to where he said they were, they apparently moved down unless you are a strong swimmer and brig flippers for your feet good luck. I though there would be a coral reef of some sort but it was just a sandy bottom so only saw one kind of white fish. We were told we would get a massage and get to relax in hammocks. The massage was 15 min and half of it was my head being rubbed. There were no hammocks just beach lounge chairs like at the resort. I would have like to do kayaking or paddle boarding but the sea was too rough so that was not an option. An other couple tried but were swept away and had to be pulled back. Considering the price, I was expecting much more. This is one of the most expensive excursions and I was very disappointed and I would not recommend

Prachtige locatie en zeker het snorkelen was erg leuk! Wel aan de prijzige kant voor wat je krijgt. Het zwemmen met de haaien en pijlstaatroggen stelt weinig voor. Massage was wel fijn. Genoeg eten en drinken aanwezig.

The activity was fun but is way overpriced. It was double the amount of the many snorkeling options available. We thought it was worth it due to having the ability to partake in the massages offered. We each had our first 10-15 massage and it was wonderful. Then we snorkeled and ate the snacks. Got back in line for another massage and was told for the first time, you only get one massage. No where is this disclosed and no others were waiting. I would recommend during a regular snorkeling trip and save your money for a proper massage at your resort. Also the transportation there took over an hour each way with the multiple stops. Would never do this excursion again!
