Met at airport by driver who could not speak english. He was very agitated by the amount of luggage we had (4 pieces of luggage). Luggage would not fit in the car provided. No where in initial ad on viator indicates a luggage limit. The fine print says 4 pieces (2 checked and 2 carry on). No way that would fit in the car. Driver got someone on the line who, through a translator, was telling us it was our fault and they could get in trouble. Had the impression they were trying to get us to agree to a different car. Ultimately had to call our hotel and have them track us to ensure they took us to our hotel. Hotel was very good and met us with security at the door. Driver did ultimately get us to the hotel, but a very unpleasant and sketchy feeling the whole way. As an aside, we were not trying to save money and would have happily told them our luggage amounts and paid for whatever the right size car was. Very bad communication from the company.
