I had an emergency come up, didn’t make it, called & spoke to an employee & was promised a refund. He even gave me directions on how to guarantee a refund with this stingy company. I asked for all of this in writing, but never got it. That person didn’t do their part, so no refund. That employee who sounded Brazilian BTW, either lied or didn’t care. Female dog. Days later I spoke to another employee with customer service on the other line, That person, who also sounded very foreign, lied and acted like a female dog, He “conveniently” played dumb after being caught in a lie. He also lied to Customer Service, which is weird because the conversations are recorded. Ugly horrible experience. It’s about the principle & about being a standup guy. I really mean when I say this has nothing to do about the money. I seen the finesse and because of how their business model works they can get away with it. Unfortunately, these “guys” have the heart of a female dog if you know what I mean. Roooof
