The Van was 40 minutes late. When I called the operator I was told a different story every time. When the driver showed up he said I had put in two different hotels in the reservation which I had not. It was one hotel name and the correct address. Then we were told they had two more customers to pick up. This was supposed to be the whole van. No where on the reservation does it say it will stop for additional people. We arrived at the port of Miami 20 minutes late, missing our group check in. The whole experience was a disaster. I know and expect minor delays but since the story kept changing I have doubts there were “traffic delays”. I can see traffic status on my Waze app.
