Did the "beginner/introductory" bike trail. Wouldn't suggest it for kids even though the video shows kids on the trail. I had expected a wide Jeep road with few ups and downs and not many rocks - it's not that. The trail has a few short ups and downs but you will ride on slick rock a lot of the way. There are a few spots where you have to negotiate larger rocks in the trail. If you are comfortable on a bike you will do fine. It is about a four hour day but that is taken up with driving to the site (15 minutes), safety and bike information (the bikes are fabulous), etc. When you are on the ride the guide will stop frequently to show you what obstacle is next and show you how to ride it, to take a few pictures, to give you a chance to catch your breath. I have ridden mountain bikes a couple of times so was very comfortable on this ride. Take more water than you think you will need. I liked using my hydration pack rather than just using a water bottle that is attached to the bike. If you don't have a level of endurance this might not be for you. Our guide Jeff was fabulous. It was fun, exciting, a little challenging and I had a blast!
