Before we had decided which operator to choose, we were pleasantly delighted by Sote Tours & Travel rapid responses and great customer service all the time during the booking process. We climbed Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route for 8 days with a group of 7 adults and 2 teenagers, this is a fantastic organization that is quite competent and set up a thorough and well-planned trip to Mount Kilimanjaro. The first day, Kelvin met us just outside the airport, and after 45 minutes transfer to Moshe, we met our guide Sebastian at the hotel and checked our climbing gears and briefed us about the mount Kilimanjaro and what to expect during the trekking days. It was a challenging trek, unbelievable and exhausting experience, but the Sote Tours staff made the experience safe and fun. We all made it to the top of Kilimanjaro the entire team were so supportive and encouraging. The camp was set up each day by the time we reached our destination, also we had delicious hot meals and appreciated the variety of food options.
