This is not unmissable, in fact we went along only because we had vouchers. Having said that, we enjoyed our afternoon. Firstly we visited Alison's home to learn about salt production. We tasted a few different products and loved her stories. Alison is very entertaining (and yes she does have the best Loo and better wine). That was followed by a mediocre tea tasting and finally an interesting time with a local honey producer.
The venues change over time. It was nice for the driver in our holiday group to have the afternoon off driving and to see the scenery as we travelled between stops. I think it's overpriced and wouldn't be my first choice of tour, but it all gets down to personal preferences.
