My husband and I were pleased with this service. We did have a small hiccup at the beginning as we arrived an hour early and our driver was not there yet. He had apparently confused my name with another person with the same first name and so we had to call the vendor's phone number after waiting a few minutes and not seeing the driver holding a sign with my name. The vendor spoke English very well and had us wait at a specific spot so the driver would find us. He did find us after a thirty minute wait. Thankfully our train was later in the day so we didn't have to rush. Just plan ahead and if you are on a tight schedule I would recommend contacting the vendor to let them know.
The driver did not speak English but was courteous and apologized profusely using a translator app.
The ride to the train station was quick and the car was nice and clean.
