The tour is not worth the money, and the owner engages in deceptive practices. I would avoid Staniel Cay altogether seeing as how they seem to control most of the island. It's an expensive tour, $550 including airfare, and you are on the water less than the 4 hours advertised. The flights don't work with the tour schedule, and you will be waiting around A LOT. The staff lied to us about the tour including lunch, then brought us a bill at the end. The owner refused to honor her staff's words, and told us that if we would not pay for the server's mistake, then she would charge the server for our lunch and make her pay for it. This sort of behaviour and blackmailing is positively insane, and I would stay away from a business like this.

I was very excited to do the Exuma tour, and I ended my day disappointed and a little shocked. I would recommend finding an alternate tour, or maybe skipping Staniel Cay altogether and going elsewhere. The tour is very expensive, $300 USD plus the $250 flight. They advertise it as a 4 hour tour, but it was shorter. That's $550 USD for under 4 hours of fun - and the tour itself was fun, but not earth shattering and definitely not worth $550! There are major downsides as well: the flight times do not match the tour, so you'll need to wake up at 5:30am to catch an 8am flight (remember, 30 min taxi ride to the airport, and arrive 1hr early), and then you'll be stuck on Staniel Cay for 4 hours after your tour ends waiting for the return flight. It's a huge waste of time when the whole point of booking the expensive flights was to save time! The worst part of it all were the deceptive practices of the owner. When we went for lunch, we were told lunch was included and given a menu of free items. After our meal, in silence, the waitress brought us a bill. When I disputed it - pointing out she had just told me it was included - she referred me to the owner, who said the waitress was wrong and that if I didn't want to pay, she would deduct it from the waitresses' pay. That's so messed up and wrong, I don't even know where to start. She defended herself saying they do that in America too - making servers pay for their mistakes - and when I informed her that there are labour laws to protect people from that, she laughed and said "not here.". Find another tour.

Everything was perfectly planned out and all the staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. Our transport driver was even amazing!!! We will definitely be coming back next time!
