On 14th April 2023, we visited AHOBILAM, AP. It was a pleasant journey. We covered all temples in one day. We reached Friday evening then visited Lower Ahobilam Three Temples, then Next day morning 6.30 a.m. We started by own car reached around 5 Km. From there We visited other temples. Jwala Narasimha Temple, we need to walk through forest and the route is having some places stones, then steps. It was a bit tiresome, but initially we had tiredness after seeming the good sceneries it was a pleasant experience.
We have taken a Guide to Upper Ahobilam. His Name is Mr.Naveen, He is very nice, gentle, pleasant person. He speaks Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and English, having good knowledge and patience. His Phone and WhatsApp Number is 9542273522. He explained everything so nicely. We enjoyed his company. Please carry some water and snacks while going up. Have Good Breakfast and go. He charged Rs. 1500/-. The money paid only for upper ahobilam.
We stayed in Amrutavalli Guest House near the Main Temple. It is Good having A/c, Room is Good having Geyser and Western Commode. Rent per day is Rs.1500/-
There are Two Temples in the forest, route is very, very bad . Please do not go by your own car. It will Struck. Hire a local Jeep and go it costs Rs.3000/- Either for sharing or own. They accommodate Six People. Jeeps are available near Main Temple.
