Thanks for your response Bahia Principe Esmeralda. Once again you have demonstrated clearly your lack of knowledge of the issue. We are still at the resort and nothing has been done, NOTHING, to improve our experience. I also sent an email to Grupo Piniero and am awaiting their response. If you were able to look at our records staying at Bahia Principe Esmeralda, Punta Cana and Fantasia, you will see this was clearly our 10th visit. Obviously front desk staff Darwin sent an email five days ago to confirm this info however email must have gone in trash or is traveling via boat from DR to Spain for verification. Don’t bother as I said in my previous review, to respond. Your response is a non response as you have taken NO ACTION to resolve anything. Unbelievable how BP Esmeralda service has fallen.
