We were really excited for this tour and I was hesitant to leave a negative review, but I feel like future travelers deserve to know what to expect if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, due to a mix-up in our itinerary, we accidentally booked two day trips on the same day an honest mistake that can happen during busy travel planning.
We realized it too late to make the meeting point and immediately reached out to explain and ask if there was any possibility of rescheduling for the next day (our last day in Italy), or even switching to a different tour. The replies we got were short, final, and not particularly empathetic. No alternatives offered, no partial credit, no flexibility just "too late for a refund" and "that's it."
I completely understand policies are policies, but when you're spending $750, you expect at least a little care or creativity in how the situation is handled. A little understanding goes a long way, and sadly, that was missing here.
If your plans go perfectly, you’ll probably have a great time, but if there’s even the slightest hiccup, don’t expect much support.
