I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I had to request a time change for our transfer due to our international flight being cancelled and rebooked and politely inquired about a refund. While the refund was eventually processed (which I appreciated), the response I received from the company was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
Instead of a courteous explanation, I was met with an aggressive and sarcastic message that felt entirely unnecessary and inappropriate. As a paying customer simply asking a fair question, I expected basic respect and professionalism—neither of which were shown.
I would advise others to think twice before booking, as respectful customer service should be a given, not a gamble.
