The first young lady, Marsha, did try to keep me in sight though the crowds. However the gentleman who took over while knowledgeable, could not wait to be rid of us. He took us to a "short cut" to the chapel, took our head phones and left us to go back to the group. We had no idea of where to go and because of this never did see the chapel. We felt abandoned and disrespected. We finally figured out which way to go to get out and left. I had mentioned that I was handicapped when requesting the tour so that it would not be a surprise to the guides. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received thus the low marks. I gave it two as his knowledge was excellent otherwise it would have received a single star.
