This was the fourth Streaty virtual cooking class I’ve taken and, like all the others, it was great fun and the results were a real wow. My husband and I couldn’t believe how well our cannoli turned out. Tasting them, we felt like we were back in Sicily.
Marco and Daniela took us step-by-step through the process, sharing traditional techniques and tips – the kind of insider stuff you can’t get by just reading a recipe. It was very entertaining, too, plus good material is sent ahead of time, and it's easy to ask questions during class. We plan to make all the recipes again, and hope Marco offers more classes in future.
