Panoramische bushop-on-hop off

Trip Advisor not the tour operator shared that there was a stop at cruise port and we went all the way into town to start point in offering. Then driver refused to allow us to board and left start point. Office rep called driver and he stopped 5 blacks down and we had to haul wife’s disabilty scooter to bus. Driver was angry and rude. Then had to change buses at cruise port. Trip Advisor should not be recommending or selling the tour operator. Put in writing a request to Trip Advisor and Tour Operator for a partial refund.

The employee at the bus stop said the bus would arrive at 1130AM. I waited until 12PM and no bus arrived so I asked the employee what happened. He yelled in my face that he told me the bus would arrive at 1130AM and I said it did not. He kept yelling something that was not a solution to the problem and I walked away. I have his picture for anyone who is interested.

We a similar experience on the red line. Bus never stopped or slowed down at supposed stops on the map. Any persons wanting to get off had to risk life and limb walking the isle of a moving bumpy bus to get up near the grumpy driver and ask to stop. We should have known there would be trouble when the bus sat at the ship trying to maximize filling for over 30 minutes. The bumpy ride is the fault of the City roads although it did feel like suspension bottoming out a few times. The second issue was the sound system having zero maintenance, the jacks that receive the small plugs were in majority of seats not making connections. Thus most on the bus had zero audio and complained "ZERO VOLUME". When we finally got the drivers attention he mumbled something, tried to start the overhead speakers with no luck then just drove on. Shortly after we gave up and exited the next red light when the hus stopped!! We walked and explored, eventually time to return to the ship, we found a stop and waited. Within 20 minutes a slightly smaller bus stopped for us and greeted us aboard. (Not intending to disrespect here ... I believe it was a young lady driving) she had the roof open, we could see up. The clear side curtains were all down and the overhead speakers were all broadcasting in English. She was pointing out some of the features and correcting over spots where the audio was confusing. She stopped at the stops if there were people wanting on or off. This experience was 200% opposite to our first bus. I will also post this note where it belongs on their company web site and Google where most research and reviews should be done. Here are the first bus and driver to avoid...
