Wow, Wow, wowsers!!!! We loved this experience. Simon Hicks the head chef, spent time explaining their garden , planting for the restaurant, and history of the winery.
His banter and sense of humour kept us entertained for hours. The staff very very professional and amazingly attentive. We watched the chefs at work ( Adrian, Josh and Charlotte) who all showed their skill under the watchful eyes of Simon. Our day at St Hugo sampling the food and wine were the absolute highlight of our visit to the Barossa.
Don’t miss out on this wonderful experience ……..Simon made our day so much fun while we indulged in being wined and dined.
