I had reserved a bike tour. With the weather being unpredictable due to rain, I reached out the morning of the tour to ask if I could get a refund or a credit. The initial response stated that I could not get a full refund given that it was under 24 hours notice. I then messaged back asking what refund I could get. They did not respond until after the tour had departed and told me I would not get any refund. My only option was to rebook but I was flying out the next morning at 8:45 am. Asking us to bike in the rain without rain gear is beyond ridiculous. They only care about getting their money and are not about customer service. They blamed that they are a small company and cannot keep up with responding in a timely fashion which then meant I was out 75 euros. The customer service agents were rude and condescending too.
