What a great evening!
Fulden is a great teacher - relaxed, informative and fun. There were 6 participants on the Friday evening class we attended - after introductions we got started on making our flatbreads and then onto the most amazing sweet doughnuts which we ate as soon as they were cooked - a great idea as these kept us going until the savoury food was ready and we would not have had room to eat them after eating the savouries!
We worked as a group to create a number of other dishes. The ingredients were top quality and the smells and flavours amazing. We finished cooking around 8pm (having started at 5pm) and then all sat around the table with Fulden to share the food we had made. There was far too much for us to finish, so we shared the leftovers into the pots provided by Fulden, and enjoyed them the following day for lunch.
A really enjoyable evening of cookery and delicious food. Will definitely be going back to do another of the courses.
