I was messaged via WhatsApp the evening before my experience to say that the boat was not going to be available and offering an alternative day. I had already booked very expensive ferry tickets to Capri for the day of my experience and was not available on the alternative day offered as I had booked another trip.
All I was told was that I would get a refund. No effort was made to help me to find an alternative trip and there was barely even an apology for the last minute cancellation. I ended up spending more money on a last-minute booking .
So I can't recommend this either as an experience or in terms of the customer service that I received. I contacted Viator customer service via their WhatsApp line and didn't even get a response - just received an email to say that my refund would be processed.
I recommend going with a provider that actually cares about your experience.
