My sister and I had an amazing trip in Fairbanks Alaska. We booked some excursions with other companies that canceled because there were not enough people. We were so worried that this one might cancel. I am happy to say that even though it turned out to be just my sister and I, we had the van to ourselves and had the complete VIP treatment from Triston. Tristan did an amazing job giving us information about the Hot Springs and what to expect. Keating found us the best spot for parking. He directed us to the ice museum and recommended the apple Teenies which were amazing. My sister was drunk on one. We then were directed to a gift shop and a place to grab dinner. The food was amazing. Once we were done we proceeded to the locker room and onto the Hot Springs. I have arthritis and a lot of joint pain and within an hour I was pain-free. The waters were amazing. I was concerned about running around in a bathing suit when it’s so cold outside, but it was not an issue at all. When we were done tristan took us to a few locations to look at the Aurora . He also shared some of his pictures with us. He’s an amazing photographer and a great tour guide. Thank you Tristin for an amazing trip!

We had a confirmed booking with the "Hot Springs Aurora Viewing Dream" tour on viator.com with pick up at our hotel. We were supposed to be picked up between 4:15pm to 4:50pm according to the booking. Earlier in the day, we left messages to the tour operator on Viator.com to confirm the pickup. We heard nothing back. At 4pm, my wife and I headed down to the lobby and waited for one and half hour till 5:30pm. They did not show up and not responding to phone calls. Viator.com customer service also tried to call them without success. They took our money ($524) and disappeared. These guys are fraud. We got our refund from viator.com.

This review is so overly positive that i feel i need to make sure i am clear i have never been to Alaska before and we did know the tour guides .. this company is very professional, honest and fun .. went with Nick and Lacey to the hot springs tour .. they were throughout very helpful and want you have a good time and will work to make sure you have the right directions and info you need .. Lacey even gave a recommendations for the restaurant which was helpful .. we knew that night we might not see the Aurora but they let us know earlier in the day and offered choices .. since we had planned to try a few nights to see the Aurora (you kind of have to if it is December) we went to see the hot springs .. we later were so happy with their good service on the tour we booked the northern lights tour as well which i will review separately .. i wanted to mention also the van was very nice large and comfortable, and Nick was a careful driver .. these things are important because we saw with another company it is not always true and you want to get a tour worth the cost .. we planned many tours on our first Alaska trip so we wanted to find the best one(s) .. we felt with this company it was really worth it and we ended up going on two with them … great job and thank you for helping make our trip awesome
