Where do I begin. It started out ok. There are 3 routes to choose from and ear phones were available to listen to a commentary in English. We chose the yellow route and got off after about 1/2 hr, which is when the problems started. For a tourist in Milan the routes and stops information is very poor, so finding stops took forever. There’s also a competing open top bus company with their own bus stops which was frustrating. Despite our best efforts we couldn’t find any real time information on where the buses were, so we ended up wasting a lot of time not knowing when a bus might arrive. I have to say that at €50 for the two of us was outrageous given the very poor service. You’d be better off using the far superior tram service to get around and pay a fraction of the cost
Don’t waste your money on this, take the trams.
