Worse experience ever. We arrived 10 mins early for our 10am booking. Got to the counter and they advised we had no booking and our QR codes were invalid. I had to chase this up and 20 minutes later I had this sorted.
On drop off after waiting another 10 minutes in the queue, we then got charged and additional $32 USD for being 7 minutes late.
When discussed with the service team of this discussed they said too bad not there problem!
They are rude and maybe need to learn a little bit about customer service to keep return customers.
