De Coco Bongo-ervaring met entree zonder wachtrij

I was really looking forward to visiting Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype at all. The venue was extremely overcrowded, making it nearly impossible to enjoy the included food and drinks. One of the biggest issues was the disrespectful and rude behavior from the staff. As soon as the shows started, they constantly pushed and moved the crowd around in a very aggressive and uncomfortable manner. It felt chaotic and unorganized rather than enjoyable. While I understand the need for safety during stage performances, the way they handle crowd control is unacceptable. They should seriously reconsider the setup and barricade the performance area properly, then only sell tickets based on actual, safe capacity. Right now, it feels like they are prioritizing profit over the guest experience. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. For the price paid, this experience was simply not worth it. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and makes necessary changes.

We boekten tickets via een vertegenwoordiger in ons hotel in Playa del Carmen, inclusief een shuttlebus van en naar ons hotel. Onze vertegenwoordiger was een lieverd en de bus uit was erg leuk. De show bij Coco Bongos was uitstekend - zo'n leuk avondje uit. Toen we echter terugkwamen voor de shuttlebus bleek dat er iemand ziek was geweest op weg naar buiten. Ze lieten ons niet in de bus tot ze onderzochten wie de dader was, maar ze deden dit zonder onze tickets te controleren en te proberen een boete op te leggen aan iedereen die terugkeerde voor de shuttle - wat te weinig was voor het aantal mensen op de weg naar buiten. Het bleek ook dat ze het braaksel niet hadden schoongemaakt in de 4 en een half uur sinds we de bus verlieten, en ik ontdekte dit toen ik erin stapte. Als zodanig zou ik aanraden om je eigen weg naar Coco Bongos te maken voor een geweldige avond. Als je in een PDC hotel bent kost het 550 pesos in een taxi die je kunt verdelen tussen je groep - check gewoon met de chauffeur op de terugweg, zodat je niet wordt opgelicht. Vermijd de shuttle bus reps die zijn nalatig in het uiterste.
