We spent most of the day here using the all day dining and the quick queue. Firstly the rides are great, nothing to complain about here. We got exactly what we wanted……fun, thrills and lots of roller coasters! The quick queue was a different story, the actual queuing system was just a free for all with people jumping from one lane to another. No staff for the majority of rides so we all piled into whatever part of the ride we wanted. If there was staff they were young and couldn’t care less. The dining plan was ok, but the staff trying to put this through the tills struggled and our food ended up cold. Would I go again……probably not.

The park is nice enough, the rides good, but it cannot rival Disney or Universal for quality. I spent most of the day there thinking this would be a poor man’s Animal Kingdom if not for the fact it’s really not cheap. We enjoyed it because we’ve never been in all our trips to Florida, but we probably won’t bother again, primarily because of the way it’s run. The wait times on the official app are wildly misleading, but the majority of staff are the problem. They’re simply not interested. I stood in one queue watching rider after rider enter the fast pass lane and the female staff member there was so busy socialising with a male colleague that she hardly checked one rider to see if they actually had a pass. Many other staff members were rude - young kids in summer employment simply not bothering to make an effort for the paying customer. I’m very tall, and twice I was allowed to stand in line by staff members for a considerable time, only to get to the front of the queue and find I could not physically fit in the ride. No maximum height restriction, but despite looking me up and down no staff member thought to tell me I would struggle to ride. I give the park 4 stars because we still enjoyed a family day out. But don’t come here expecting Disney or Universal standards. They’re way short of that. Oh, and don’t get me started on the American theme park tendency to shut everything if there’s a storm within a twenty mile radius. 90 minutes the rides were shut today with no immediate threat of lightning. But that’s what you get in a country where everyone litigates at the first opportunity.

I was there 2 days ago it rained trains don't work and half of the park is closing after 6 630 the drinks sold were expensive and very bad I just threw my money away don't go here
