I celebrated my birthday at Cook Point in Madrid last year, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Learning how to make a traditional Spanish paella with such an amazing group of people was enriching, joyful, and unforgettable. The chef was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. I was the only one who struggled a little with English, and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, sometimes switching to Spanish so I could follow better. That meant a lot to me. The environment was incredibly welcoming and warm. Everyone shared laughs, stories, and great energy. It wasn’t just about cooking — it was about connection. Getting hands-on and preparing the dish myself alongside others made it so much more special. I left not only with a full belly but with a full heart. As soon as I return to Madrid, I’ll definitely take another class at Cook Point. They’re doing a phenomenal job — the whole team deserves congratulations. Highly, highly recommended!
